Q:
Can I make any substitutions?
A: Because of the turn-around time to get the pictures back to the
school we cannot make any substitutions. When you get your pictures back
there will be a reorder form and you can order whatever else you need at
that time. You can also order more than one package now.
Q:
How long will it take to receive my picture package?
A: We do our best to return your portrait order within 3-4 weeks from
the date photographed and often get them to you within 2 weeks.
Q:
Can all my
children be photographed together?
A: We reserve spring pictures to photograph siblings together. Our fall
backgrounds are only large enough for one subject. Check with your
school or contact us to find out if spring pictures are scheduled in
your school.
Q:
What if I am not happy with the way my pictures turned out?
A: We will return to most schools for a retake/absentee day. Contact us
to see if your school will have a retake day. Then simply have your
child return the package to the photographer at the camera on that day.
You may indicate any instructions on the outside of the envelope if you
would like to make a note. We also reserve 3 days in our studio for
underclass retakes. Contact us for more information.
Q:
How do I get a refund for pictures that I
am not happy with?
A: All of us at Sonney's know how important your pictures are to you and
want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do our best
to get it right the first time. If, however, something is not
right with your order and we are unable to correct it, simply fold your pictures to fit any envelope and mail them to the address on
the outside of your envelope. Please indicate that you would like a
refund. Include your name, address, phone number, your child's name
and school name. You can expect your refund within 2 weeks.
Q:
Can I write one
check for all my children?
A: You may do so by indicating which child's envelope we will find the
check enclosed. Please indicate this on a note inside each child's
envelope, including the child that has the payment enclosed. Please note
children's names in the memo of your check.
Q:
What is the difference between a Class
Composite and a Group Picture?
A: A Class Composite is made by combining all of the individual
pictures onto a single picture. It is usually not returned with
the picture package but printed after absentee / retake picture day to
try to insure that ALL students can appear on the picture. A Group
Picture is a single image of a class taken on picture day and can only
include students that are available when the class comes to the camera.
The school decides which class picture option is offered at your school.
Q:
Can I pay for my
pictures with a credit or debit card?
A: We happily accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. Your
picture day flyer envelope has the credit card form on the picture flyer. Simply complete the information,
enclose it in the payment envelope
and seal the envelope.

A: You may call our office within 2 days of the original picture day. We
